Jared has been the current CEO of our Team for seven years but has been a key partner in operating the business with his Father, Greg Ochs, for over 20 years. 

Jared is dedicated to carrying on the legacy of his Father for many years to come through strategic partnerships, sustainability practices, and a commitment to his Team and clients.
